We sell Elsword Rift ED at a rate of $10 = 1 B ED.

Elsword Rift ED Pre-Order Policy

If our available ED stock is sold out, you may place an order through our Pre-Order ED product.

Rules and Conditions

1. Pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. To keep waiting times reasonable, each pre-order batch is limited to 12 Billion ED in total.
2. The maximum estimated delivery time for customers at the end of the queue is up to 2 months from the date of order.
3. We will not open a new pre-order batch until all orders from the current pre-order batch have been fulfilled.
4. A pre-order queue list will be published on our website or through a Google Sheet. For privacy reasons, customer names and IGN information will not be displayed. Instead, each customer will be assigned a unique identifier, which will be sent to them via email and used to track their position in the queue.
5. Please do not share the pre-order queue page or link that we provide via email.
6. If a customer prefers not to appear on the published pre-order queue list, we will respect their decision. Their position will remain reserved, but their identifier will not be displayed publicly.

Notes

1. Please provide a valid and active email address. Delivery information and transaction updates will be sent to your email.
2. Please enter the correct IGN (In-Game Name) of your Elsword Rift character to ensure that the ED is delivered to the intended account.
3. The ED delivery method will be communicated via email. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times.
4. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, employed by, or otherwise connected to the game developer, publisher, or any official staff of Elsword Rift.
5. Please carefully verify your USDT network before making payment. USDT (BEP20) must be sent to a USDT (BEP20) address, and USDT (TRC20) must be sent to a USDT (TRC20) address. Sending funds through the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. We are not responsible for any payment errors made by the buyer.
6. Please note that both USDT (TRC20) and USDT (BEP20) transactions require network fees (gas fees). To minimize the risk of underpayment, we recommend using USDT (BEP20) and sending payment to our USDT (BEP20) address.
7. If an underpayment occurs (for example, a shortage of $1), please contact us at support@white.my.id so that we can review your transaction and provide further assistance.
8. All ED, KCING, Items, and IB offered by us are obtained through legitimate methods.
9. We do not use any third-party applications, bots, automated software, hacks, cheats, or similar tools. All farming activities are performed manually by real players.
10. We do not provide after-sales responsibility once the purchased ED, KCING, Items, or IB have been successfully delivered to the IGN specified in the order. Our obligation is considered fulfilled upon successful delivery.
